Quotations
From initial enquiry and once we have obtained the information we require, Sector Forensics Ltd will provide a full quotation within two working days.
Our quotations include:
- A detailed and transparent price for the proposed activity including delivery, collection and prices for any additional work as a result of the analysis results.
- When we will start the work. In most cases our work begins as soon as we collect the evidence from a client's premises or when the evidence is delivered by the client to us. Typically we start our investigations within four working days of receiving an official order.
- When we will complete the work.
Turnaround times
We complete our examinations and reports within 20 days of starting an individual brief. Where possible, we complete and return results earlier. And if a job is likely to exceed our standard time we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to discuss the situation and lessen any further delay.
For clients who require a quicker turnaround, we provide:
- An express service for one-off occurrences with an additional charge.
- Contract terms with favourable rates and a faster turnaround for repeat clients.
